I am a certified Health and Wellness Coach, passionate about helping women reach their health and wellness goals through tailored nutrition and lifestyle advice. I don’t believe in fads or diets, just honest, simple ways to help you transform you. My plans are totally tailored to the individual and as a coach, I help you evaluate and implement your goals.
My consultations are all about learning new lifelong habits, providing you with the knowledge to learn how to feel and look your best and enjoy it along the way. During each session, I’ll explain why certain choices might not be suiting you or your lifestyle and help you with ideas and tips. Working together, we’ll work out what your top concerns are and make a clear plan to reach those goals.
After personally suffering from chronic migraine, headaches, digestive issues and eczema from an early age I decided to tackle my health problems with a combination of healthy eating and exercise and was amazed at the results. It inspired me to study nutrition and pass on to others what I had learnt.
I spent a year studying at the world-renowned Institute of Integrative Nutrition (view my qualification here) and trained in over 100 dietary theories and lifestyle coaching techniques, enabling me to develop a unique sense of each client’s needs, obstacles and health concerns.
Through small, simple changes and ongoing support, my tailored plans have seen clients successfully tackle issues such as weight loss, stress, digestive problems and anxiety. I also work alongside nutritionists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, migraine and digestive health experts to refer you to if need be.
